Karl Ravech (born January 19, 1965), was born and raised in Needham, Massachusetts.

He attended and graduated Needham High School. A graduate of Ithaca College and Binghamton University, he previously was affiliated with local stations WHTM in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and WBNG in Binghamton, New York.

He is now an American journalist who has worked for ESPN since 1993. Ravech appears primarily on SportsCenter and Baseball Tonight.
He also appears as the Baseball Tonight host in the 2K Sports video game, Major League Baseball 2K5.

He lives in Avon, CT.
Suffered a heart attack in January 2002.[1].
