Juliet Cesario is an American voice actress, known for her work in the You're Under Arrest franchaise, excluding the OVA series. She has attended several anime conventions, including Otakon in 1997 and 1998 and Ohayocon, including JACON in 2003.
She currently works with Coastal Studios.
She is a huge fan of anime and the following are among her favorites:
