Joypurhat Girls Cadet College is a Military high school for girls, located in Joypurhat District, Bangladesh.
Joypurhat Cadet College is located in Joypurhat District main centre. This is a big area. Nature is very nice. When Bangladesh and Pakistan were a joined country, Pakistan Military Force established some Cadet Colleges in West Pakistan (Now Pakistan) and some Cadet Colleges in East Pakistan (Now Bangladesh). After the Bangladesh Liberation War in 1971, Bangladesh Armed Forces established six more Cadet Colleges. Joypurhat Girls Cadet College is one of the eleven cadet colleges established in 2001. It is situated in north eastern part of Bangladesh in Joypurhat district. It is the third girls' cadet college in Bangladesh. Now from 2006, there are two more girls' Cadet Colleges. Academically it is the best institute for girls in Bangladesh. Its total area is about 21 acres(approx.)
