Jack Saltzgaver

Otto Hamlin Saltzgaver (January 23, 1903 - February 1, 1978) was a United States Major League Baseball player from 1932 to 1937 for the New York Yankees and again in 1945 for the Pittsburgh Pirates. At the time he played for the Pirates, Saltzgaver, an infielder, was the oldest active Major League player.
