I am a thermodynamicist specializing in microelectronic cooling, phase change and capillary physics, and computational fluid dynamics.
I hold multiple patents in the area of heat sinks, active heat spreaders, and thermal interface materials.
I plan to add content in the area of heat transfer to Wikipedia. I also added pictures (same topic) to commons. You can see my gallery.
