Ian Preece (born 23 June 1982) is a Welsh professional snooker player, from the city of Newport, South Wales in the United Kingdom. After much success as a junior, he is now ranked 64th in the world. His best runs have been to the last 48 of tournaments, which he has achieved in the 2007 Welsh Open, 2007 China Open, and 2007 UK Championship.
