"I Want You"/"Me Pones Sexy" is the first single from the Mexican Latin pop singer Thalía's 2003 crossover studio album Thalía. The track features Fat Joe. The song is her signature song, being her first single that has had success all over the world, managing to peak at number eleven on the United World Chart acomulative 1.940.000 points, it's also one of her biggest hits in South America, where it hit number one for several weeks,[1] and peaked at number twenty three in the U.S. charts.
Both songs were written by Cory Rooney, Davy Deluge, Gregory Bruno, Fat Joe, Thalía, and Brenda Russell, and produced by Cory Rooney.
The song's beat is reminiscent of Big Pun's famous hit Still Not a Player. This is not surprising considering Fat Joe was a close friend and associate of the late Latino rapper. Fat Joe's verse on the track ends with a line directly from Still Not A Player's chorus, "I don't wanna be a player no more." The is song/video is said to be very smiliar to Jennifer Lopez's I'm Real (Remix) But Were Both Written By Cory Rooney.
