The Hawaii Air National Guard consists of the 154th Wing. It is based at Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii. The wing contains several different squadrons which do various jobs for the state and government. The squadrons within the 154th Wing include:
- 199th Fighter Squadron (F-15A/B)
- 203rd Air Refueling Squadron (KC-135R)
- 204th Airlift Squadron (C-103H2/H3)
- 169th Air Control Warning Squadron — Mount Kaala, Oahu, HI
- 150th Air Control and Warning Flight — Kokee AFS, Kauai, HI
- 154th Air Control Squadron
