Although the picture is subject to copyright, I (Bluewave) feel the use of this picture in the article Davey Graham is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

a free alternative is not available;
it is a low resolution copy of an LP album cover;
it is only used in an article describing the artist who recorded the album;
it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the album in any way;
it's low resolution means that copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork;
it's use is commensurate with usage throughout artist biographies, discographies and album listings across the world wide web.
