[edit] Piña Coladas
Quick question; Re: Pina Colada Entry.
Why did you delete the verified quotes on the Pina Colada entry, and then replace them with the totally debunked Puerto Rican Pina Colada myth?
If you check the facts about the Pina Colada, then you will see that it was not created in Puerto Rico?
Are you Puerto Rican?

Hi George, you're barking up the wrong tree. I didn't remove any quotes from the article, or add any information about Puerto Rico. All I did was remove the "This completely destroys the argument..." line because I don't feel the "history" section is the place for that kind of remark, and evidently other editors agree. The dated quotes and references are entirely sufficient to make your case. The edit I think you're referring to was by 71.55.219.237, not by me.

My apologies in that case. But who is 71.55.219.237?

No idea, some anonymous vandal it seems. People are constantly vandalizing the pages I track on Wikipedia, but the bad edits don't usually last very long.

[edit] For you
The Original Barnstar | ||
For all the work that you have done on the Sherry related articles which has helped increased Wikipedia's profile as a resource for wine related articles. AgneCheese/Wine 16:56, 6 November 2007 (UTC) |
I was listening to a wine podcast where the host was talking about Sherry and he mentioned what a great resource the Wikipedia articles on Sherry were. Looking at the articles' history, your name was all over the place so I though a barnstar was well deserved. As a member of the Wine project, I get a kick out of seeing our content being of good use to others. Thanks you for all your hard work. AgneCheese/Wine 16:56, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
