Talk:Hard Knocks: The Chris Benoit Story

[edit] Deletion
I don't see why this could possibly fit the criteria for speedy deletion. The article just survived a challenge to its notability last week and passed, with only the nominator giving a mild vote to delete. All other votes were to keep. The only time it failed the notability was when the article was first posted in 2006, before the Benoit murder-suicide gave the article some notability due to its use in WWE programming, controversial placement on Amazon.com, and the film's eventual recall by WWE Films, which was all a part of the company's attempt to make Benoit a persona non grata. All of this is mentioned in the article's second AFD nomination which, again, was to keep and was just last week. WTStoffs 08:15, 10 November 2007 (UTC)
- You are dead wrong, it was previously deleted, and it should stay deleted. Just because a guy dies doesn't mean there should be an article about it. Most WWE/TNA DVD articles have been deleted. The last AFD didn't really have a lot of confidence or evidence. It should be deleted, like in the past. BTW, the person complaining about the tag created the article, wrongfully I might add. 69.214.11.180 08:35, 10 November 2007 (UTC)
