The drink hardaliye is a lactic acid fermented beverage produced from grapes, crushed mustard seeds and benzoic acid.
Hardaliye is considered to be an indigenous drink of Thrace where the drink is produced mainly from grape juice mixed with Mustard (condiment) and marzipan.
