Graham Yost

Graham Yost is a Canadian film and television screenwriter. His most famous works are the hit 1994 film Speed (but crediting Joss Whedon with writing most of the film's dialogue. [1]), Broken Arrow, and Hard Rain.
He has also written for the television series Herman's Head, Band of Brothers, and Boomtown. More recently, he is the creator of the NBC drama Raines starring Jeff Goldblum that premiered on March 15, 2007.
He is the son of Canadian television personality Elwy Yost, the longtime host of the public broadcaster TVOntario's Saturday Night at the Movies.
