Gabriel Louis Angoulvant

He was a Governor General in Second French colonial empire. He was born on 1872 and died on 1932. He was elected member of the french parliament as representant of french territories in India in 1920 and contributed to the organization of the colonial exposition of 1931. he published a large number of books regarding the french colonial empire including "La Pacification de la Cote d'Ivoire" in 1916.
