Fyling Hall is an independent co-educational day and boarding school situated near the small fishing village of Robin Hood's Bay, eight kilometres south east of Whitby, North Yorkshire, England. The headmaster Ken James took over as headmaster in April 2008 from Ian Richardson who had been Acting Headmaster for two terms.
The school is centered around a Georgian country house that dates from 1810 and is situated in 45 acres of wooded hillside within the North York Moors National Park.

The main building of Fyling Hall is used in G.P Taylor's novel Shadowmancer as the vicarage of Obadiah Demurral. The vicarage is destroyed by cannon fire from Jacob Crane's smuggler ship 'The Magenta'.
