Frank Phillip Sibley (born Uxbridge Middlesex December 4, 1947) was an English football player with Queens Park Rangers in the 1960's. Frank was the youngest ever player in QPR history, making his debut aged 15. He was a member of the notable 1967 double winning team that captured both the 3rd Division Championship and the League Cup on March 4, 1967.
Unfortunately Frank retired early with a knee injury and later had spells as manager at QPR.
Frank has helped out Rangers in many ways since retiring from playing including spells as manager.
