Frank H. McClung Museum

The Frank H. McClung Museum is a museum of natural history and archeology on the campus of the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. It was built in 1963 and has on permanent exhibit a collection of artefacts from the Egyptian periods spanning the predynastic to the Ptolemaic. The museum also hosts various travelling exhibits and has permanent exhibits concerning East Tennessee geology and archaeology, human evolution, and is an integral part of the school's anthropology department.
