Edward Moss (born 11 July 1977) is a well-known impersonator of singer Michael Jackson.
While working at McDonald's in the early 1990s, he practiced his act in his spare time after being repeatedly told how much he resembled the singer. In 1994, he won a company talent contest, after which he took up impersonating Jackson as a profession. Since then he has been hired by Jackson himself to stand in for him on a number of occasions, and has appeared in a number of films including the third and fourth Scary Movie films, and Date Movie. He also appeared as Jackson on E! Entertainment's reenactment of the Michael Jackson Trial.
To many Michael Jackson fans, Edward Moss is often accused of mocking Jackson. Other impersonators, such as Joby Rogers, believe that he exploits Jackson's bad publicity and would have turned down offers that would mock Jackson. Moss denies this.[1].
