Dominic Roussel (born February 22, 1970 in Hull, Quebec) is a retired professional ice hockey goaltender.

Roussel played in the NHL, AHL and in Europe during his career. He was selected in the third round of the 1988 NHL Entry Draft, 63rd overall, by the Philadelphia Flyers. He went on to play for the Flyers, Winnipeg Jets, Mighty Ducks of Anaheim and Edmonton Oilers.
He is now a private goalie trainer through his company, Succès hockey Dominic Roussel.
