Richard Adam Bielski (born September 7, 1932 in Baltimore, Maryland) was an American football running back in the NFL. He went to two Pro Bowl. He played college football at the University of Maryland and coached the USFL Washington Federals for the final 17 games of the 1984 season, going 3-14.
