Dale Schornack

Dale Dwayne Schornack (born March 30, 1956 (Now 52)) is the News10 anchor at 5, 6, and 11pm along with Cristina Mendonsa for just over 10 years now.
Dale was born in South Dakota. He joined KXTV on August 24, 1997 as the main News10 Anchor with Cristina Mendonsa when Alan Frio left the station. Before joining News10 Dale worked at KSTW in Seattle, Washington as an evening anchor from 1995-1997, and at KDFW in Dallas, Texas from 1991-1995 as an anchor/reporter and KTSP in Phoenix, Arizona as a weekend anchor and reporter from 1986-1991.
Dale graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor Arts degree in Journalism and minoring in Sociology in 1978. Dale currently lives in the west side of Elk Grove with his wife and two children. He is also a licensed Ham Radio operator.
