[edit] Needs work
This article needs a lot of work, possibly from someone who recently went to Chartwell. I changed a lot of basic errors, odd wording, and removed some content. More content can definitely be removed, but I'll leave it up to someone else more knowledgeable about Chartwell to handle what can and can't be removed.
