Carol Montgomery (born August 24, 1965 in Sechelt, British Columbia) is an athlete from Canada who competes in the triathlon. She won the bronze medal at the 1999 Pan American Games in Winnipeg, Canada.
Montgomery competed at the first Olympic triathlon at the 2000 Summer Olympics. She did not finish the competition.
Four years later, at the 2004 Summer Olympics, Montgomery did finish with a time of 2:15:25.62 earning her thirty-fifth place.
She is one of seven children and has 4 nieces and 3 nephews. She currently resides in San Diego CA
