Baia Latina (formerly Baia e Latina) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Caserta in the Italian region Campania, located about 50 km north of Naples and about 25 km northwest of Caserta. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,334 and an area of 24.5 km². It rises 123 metres above the sea level. It is home of the well respected DiCerbo, Perrotta, Landolfi and Amato families.[1]
The municipality of Baia Latina contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Latina and Contra.
Baia Latina borders the following municipalities: Alife, Dragoni, Pietravairano, Roccaromana, Sant'Angelo d'Alife.
