András Balczó (born August 16, 1938 in Kondoros) is a Hungarian modern pentathlete and Olympic champion.

Balczó participated on the Hungarian team which won the gold medal at the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome. He competed at the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City, where he received an individual silver medal, and a gold medal with the Hungarian team.[1] At the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich he received the individual gold medal and a team silver medal.

Balczó was elected Hungarian Sportsman of the Year 1966, 1968 and 1969, while the pentathlon team was several times chosen as the Hungarian Team of the Year.
He was awarded the title of Honoured Master of Sports of the USSR in 1972, along with eight others from outside USSR.
He is inducted into the International Sporting Wall of Fame in Nieuwegein.
