Alcantarilha (pron. IPA: [aɫ'kɐ̃tɐ'ɾiʎɐ]) is a Portuguese Parish in the Municipality (concelho) of Silves. It has an area of 19.54 km² and a population of 2,347 (2001) with a population density of 120.1 hab/km².
The church in Alcantarilha has a tiny chapel at the side that will be of macabre interest to tourists. The walls are constructed with hundreds of human skulls and thigh bones.
