Akureyri Airport (Icelandic: Akureyrarflugvöllur) (IATA: AEY, ICAO: BIAR) is a single-runway international airport in Akureyri, Iceland. Air Iceland links the airport with several domestic locations. The only international flight is operated by Iceland Express to Copenhagen.
The airport runway is situated on a spit due south of the city centre. There are no public transport connections; however, taxis are available. The airport is operated by Flugstoðir.
