Adil Had Al Jazairi Bin Hamlili is a citizen of Algeria held in extrajudicial detention in the United States Guantanamo Bay detainment camps, in Cuba.[1] Bin Hamlili's Guantanamo detainee ID number is 1452. The US Department of Defense reports that Bin Hamlili was born on June 26, 1976, in Oram [sic] Algeria.

A Summary of Evidence memo was prepared for Adil Hadial Al Jazairi Bin Hamlili's Combatant Status Review Tribunal, on 16 November 2004.[2] The memo listed the following allegations against him:
- a. The detainee is associated with the Taliban and al Qaida:
- The detainee worked as a translator for the Taliban Foreign Ministry.
- The detainee received room and board from the Taliban.
- The detainee travelled [sic] several times between Pakistan and Afghanistan after 11 September 2001.
- The detainee admitted he had al Qaida connections.
- The detainee joined a terrorist organization focused on jihad in Algeria.
- The detainee received a monthly stipend from al Qaida.
- The detainee was a member of the Algerian Armed Islamic Group.
- The Armed Islamic Group (GIA) is designated as a Foreign Terrorist Organization.
- The detainee assassinated Usama bin Ladin's [sic] commercial representative to Pakistan, because the representative had violated sharia law.
- The detainee provided detailed information, on al Qaida and other Islamic groups in Afghanistan, to the Taliban at the request of the Taliban Deputy Minister of Intelligence.
- The detainee worked as an interpreter for the Sixth Directorate/Branch of Taliban Intelligence several times after 11 September 2001.
- The detainee provided money to a member of al Qaida in 2003.
- The detainee provided a rental house in Kabul to al-Zarqawi in 2000.
- The detainee hosted a senior member of the Taliban Ministry of Interior at the detainee's house in July 2002 and in 2003.
- The detainee has extensive knowledge of al Qaida attempts to procure nuclear material.
