Photograph of Abdul Muis. Judging by the quality of the photo and Mr Muis' appearance, I'd say it was taken around the 1920s. Complicating matters is that Indonesia had not at that time achieved independence. If this is not public domain, then it surely qualifies as fair use (author unlikely to profit, illustration in an educational work).
