The 458th Airlift Squadron (458 AS) is part of the 375th Airlift Wing at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. It operates C-12 Huron and C-21 aircraft providing executive airlift.

[edit] History
The 458th conducted replacement training from 1942–1944 and participated in combat in the Western Pacific from, c. 12 April–14 August 1945.
The squadron provided tactical airlift in Southeast Asia from January 1967-February 1972, and military airlift operations worldwide from 1975-1978. The 458th specialized in worldwide aeromedical evacuation from 1978-1990. It conducted airlift in Southwest Asia from August 1990-May 1991.
