2005 Men's Hockey Champions Trophy

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The 2005 Men's Hockey Champions Trophy took place in the Mayor Radhakrishnan Stadium in Chennai, India. Tortured by heavy rain, the event started December 10 and ended on December 18, 2005.

Participating nations at the annual men's elite six nations tournament were Australia, hosts India, Germany, Pakistan, Netherlands, and reigning champions Spain. Olympic champion Australia re-entered the event after a boycott of the 2004 edition. The tournament returned to India after nine years.
