Attention:

This IP address, 202.7.166.164, is registered to TPG Internet Pty Ltd and may be shared by multiple users. Comments left on this page may be received by other users of this IP and appear to be irrelevant. Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking.

If you are an unregistered user operating from this address, note that this need not necessarily be the IP address of your machine. In many cases, it turns out to be the IP address of a proxy server that communicates between your browser and the Wikimedia servers. Such proxies are shared among a huge number of users compared to the number of persons using your particular machine. If you are frustrated by irrelevant comments appearing here, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself.

However, you might still be unable to edit Wikipedia if the IP you are using is blocked due to a MediaWiki "feature". In such a case you could request to be unblocked.

In the event of vandalism from this address, efforts will be made to contact TPG Internet Pty Ltd to report network abuse. Do NOT block this IP unless the vandalism coming from here is reaching extreme levels, it is shared by many legitimate editors.

[edit] February 2006

OK. It is time for the joking to end. You are potentially offending people, both people here in the Wikipedia community and the wider readership. What you are doing could be seen as vandalism and you could get blocked from editing Wikipedia for it. You might not get another warning before having a block imposed, so be careful and be serious from here on in.

--Mgreenbe 13:28, 8 February 2006 (UTC)

Hi, i'd just like to point out that this IP address is a transparent ISP proxy. i'm getting this message and i haven't been editing.

I put up a notice. The account may still be blocked occasionally, particularly if someone using this proxy does irritating things. You'll of course be able to read Wikipedia; to edit, however, you'll need to create an account beforehand, as blocking will prevent the creation of accounts. --Mgreenbe 15:52, 8 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Latino Population

Hi, I noticed you have said you are from Fairfield. I was just wondering what you think of the Latin American population there? Because I used to think Fairfield was the centre of the Latino population but now I hear of it being the centre of the Iraqi population. So what has happened to the Latinos? Have they all moved away? Or have they just been outnumbered by Arab communities now? TeePee-20.7 (talk) 05:13, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
