Phan Thanh Bình (born on November 01, 1986) is a Vietnamese footballer who is a striker for Đồng Tháp F.C.. He is a member of the Vietnam national football team.
Like his national team strike partner Le Cong Vinh, Thanh Binh possesses great pace and adds the footballing intelligence upfront for the Vietnamese. Known to be a player in the mould of traditional forwards like former England star Alan Shearer, Thanh Binh gives added aerial prowess, positioning skill and even link-up play with his team-mates, to a Vietnamese side lacking in flair but full of grit and determination.
