Pham Van Tra

Pham Van Tra is Minister of Defense of Vietnam. Born in 1935. Replaced Doan Khue as Minister of Defense of Vietnam from September 1997. Previous post: Chief of General Staff of Vietnamese Army, Vice-Minister of Defense (December 1995-1997). Four-star General.
