KWVT, is an affiliate of the America One and White Springs Television networks. Licensed to Eola, Oregon, the station covers the Willamette Valley, within the Portland, Oregon television market. It broadcasts on UHF channel 17 .

The station signed on the air on KWVT-LP channel 52, on May 20, 2005. Operated by Northwest Television, LLC, the call sign KWVT stands for "Willamette Valley Television".

The lineup consists of numerous classic television shows and movies, local sports and community interest programming. Independent producers also develop original programming for KWVT.

KWVT is also the Local Primary Emergency Alert System station for the "(Oregon State) Capitol Operational Area".

On May 8, 2007 Northwest Television sold channel 52 to Churchill Media of Eugene, Oregon. On August 17, 2007, channel 52 began carrying programming from the Spanish-language Azteca América network, as KXPD-LP.

Northwest Television had since moved to K17IV channel 17, which adopted the KWVT-LP calls in November 2007.
