[edit] Saving Private Ryan

Thanks for the revert but please refrain from name-calling in the edit summary. It weakens your argument & is agains WP.--Lepeu1999 19:16, 14 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Stephen Burnett

Let's understand each other, shall we? There's nothing that says we have to actually like each other, but I have chosen to move on and forget about our encounter. Part of that process is to delete the discussion with you from my talk page, which I am fully entitled to do. I am putting on record here, for the benefit of anyone reading this in future, that I regard this issue as over, that I have no wish or intention to take it further, and that I am trying to bring it to a close. My suggestion to you is that you do the same.

I did not, as you put it, support "blatant vandalism"; the suggestion that anyone who has spent as much time as I have reverting vandalism would do so is ludicrous, and will be seen as such. The question of whether it was vandalism at all was the whole point at issue - one you chose not to discuss, since you were more interested in abusing me instead.

There is a policy here regarding personal attacks and harassment. If you persist in restoring to my user page what amounts to a disparaging personal attack and conducting an edit war over it, I absolutely will request that you be blocked. Whether or not you persist in your attempts to provoke conflict is entirely up to you. I am content to leave things here, but I am not going to allow myself to be under constant harassment by anyone, and I will take whatever steps are necessary to prevent it. Stephen Burnett 14:31, 19 August 2007 (UTC)

You constantly dance around the argument. It was obvious vandalism. I tried to take the reasonable approach, but you wouldn't have any of that. So, no.

[edit] Your recent edits

Hi, there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button Image:Wikisigbutton.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot 15:27, 19 August 2007 (UTC)

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to User:Stephen_Burnett, you will be blocked from editing. Stephen Burnett 06:11, 28 August 2007 (UTC)

I fail to see how that's "vandalism".
I'm not responsible for your failure to understand. Edit warring on a user's talk page is unacceptable behaviour, for which you were previously blocked. Stop it. --Stephen Burnett 11:36, 28 August 2007 (UTC)
Edit warring? I'm admonishing you for improper conduct, yet you constantly attempt to ignore my statements.
I'm not attempting to do anything. I am ignoring your statements, because you have nothing to say of any value. As for improper conduct - what would that be? You whined because I didn't provide a reference. Then you whined because I did. You vilified and harassed me, and admitted that you actually enjoy vandalism - all of that against WP policy, which you know full well. Is it any surprise, then, that I treat anything by you like something I'd rather handle with thick rubber gloves while wearing a face mask and nose clips? If you want to discuss issues with articles, do it on the article talk page. Don't attempt continued use of my talk page as a means of harassment.--Stephen Burnett 11:48, 28 August 2007 (UTC)
Hahahah. I'm "whining" about your failure to have presented a source from the very beginning yet you openly insulted anyone who deleted the "Like Your Cock If You Have One" edits based on a lack of a credible source. That's all. I already did my time for my personal attacks.

Please do not attack other editors, which you did here: Talk:The_Sun_Also_Rises. If you continue, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --Stephen Burnett 06:41, 28 August 2007 (UTC)

This is your last warning.
The next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Talk:Stephen_Burnett, you will be blocked from editing. Stephen Burnett 11:55, 28 August 2007 (UTC)

You have been temporarily blocked from editing in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for repeated abuse of editing privileges. Please stop. You're welcome to make useful contributions after the block expires. If you believe this block is unjustified you may contest this block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below.

Do not violate WP:HARASS in regard to Stephen Burnett's talkpage. This is your second block. The next will likely be of a far longer period, should you not heed this warning. LessHeard vanU 12:06, 28 August 2007 (UTC)
