Is there something you don't understand about the land surrounding Drysdale Falls being posted and trespassers found at the falls will be prosecuted? Aloha27 9 December 2007, 01:03 (UTC)
I believe the issue is now out of the hands of the landowner and is under the jurisdiction of the RCMP and Lands and Forests. The fine for petty tresspass is $500. My fiancee is a paramedic and she as well as the volunteer firefighters are getting tired of putting their lives at risk rescuing people who "want to experience the beauty". The last fatality was early this summer. Very nearly turned out to be two fatals this year!
Should you encourage more people to venture in there? Your call.
