Attention:

This host, csc-fwd-mdn-ign-vth-doh.emea.csc.com, is registered to Computer Sciences Corporation (US), and may be shared by multiple users. If the organization uses proxy servers or firewalls, this IP address may in fact represent many users at many physical computers.

For this reason, a message intended for one person may be received by another and a block may be shared by many. If you are editing from this address and are frustrated by irrelevant messages, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself. In some cases, you may temporarily be unable to create an account due to efforts to fight vandalism; if so, please see here.

If you are autoblocked repeatedly, we encourage you to contact your Internet service provider or IT department and ask them to contact Wikimedia's XFF project about enabling X-Forwarded-For HTTP headers on their proxy servers so that our editing blocks will affect only the intended user. Alternatively, you can list the IP at Wikipedia:WikiProject on XFFs.

Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking - if a block is needed, administrators should consider using a soft block with the template {{anonblock|optional comment}} as the block reason.

Note: In the event of vandalism from this address, abuse reports may be sent to your network administrator for further investigation.
IT staff who want to monitor vandalism from this IP address can subscribe to a web feed of this page in either RSS or Atom format.

[edit] Reliable sources

Israelnewsagency.com is not a product of the Israeli government nor does it meet the standards of the attribution policy. Please refrain from using it as if it were a reliable source. Thanks. ju66l3r 12:24, 13 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Promotion of Ideologies

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. As a member of the Wikipedia community, I would like to remind you to adhere to Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy for editors. Thank you.

You CANNOT advertise WP:Fringe theories as if they are worldly facts. Paul is dead is not a fact. Big Foot existing is not a fact, despite links that say it is. Fringe theories belong in their allocated articles such as Salvador Fernandes Zarco and Origin theories of Christopher Columbus. You have already added them on February 20th to List of Sephardic Jews, if you continue to rotate them from list to list, I will report this on the admin noticeboard as a violation of undue weight and promotion/advertisement of ideologies. For now, please don't do it again. Mehmeda 20:41, 22 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Pestering

Your random selection of guideline policy to use as a basis of revert is considered pestering and possibly trolling. You had the opportunity to help find sources and discuss these on the talk page but have chosen not to do so within the week. Now, per WP:Reliable sources "Unsourced or poorly sourced edits may be challenged and removed at any time" I am justified in moving them to the talk page pending further proof of their qualifications for the list. Thank you. Usedup 15:55, 23 March 2007 (UTC)

Accusing you of pestering is not a personal attack when that is exactly what you're doing. You are completely ignoring WP:RS for your own personal reasons and using guidelines and policies in obviously incorrect ways. Those are signs of trolling. I will continue to move the names to the talk page until sources are acquired. If none are, so be it. Usedup 16:31, 23 March 2007 (UTC)
You are not using WP:POINT correctly. Writing "WP:POINT CHANGES!!!" doesn't mean anything, and the rest of what you wrote I didn't understand. Usedup 16:42, 23 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Larry Sanger

Why did you revert me? I added a category to the article, together with a good reference to substantiate the category.--20.138.246.89 16:05, 3 May 2007 (UTC)

Per wp:blp, the individual must self-identify and it must be relevant to the article. don't see either. Please stop with this. --Tom 16:08, 3 May 2007 (UTC)

Please read WP:BLP; it says nothing about ethnic categories.--20.138.246.89 16:14, 3 May 2007 (UTC)

Listen, cut the crap. You have made some good additions, but you have also made some very questionable ones that points to some type of agenda. You are an anon IP that is obviously interested in Jewish issues. Nothing wrong with that except it will raise a BIG red flag around here to certain editors. Anyways, --Tom 16:19, 3 May 2007 (UTC)

I don't listen to threats. I have made a properly sourced addition 100% in conformity with Wikipedia policies. If you don't like it, please ask for mediation.--20.138.246.89 16:28, 3 May 2007 (UTC)

mediation? The only thing I am going to ask for is a good stiff drink. ENOUGH!!--Tom 16:29, 3 May 2007 (UTC)

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Larry Sanger. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content which gains a consensus among editors. Thank you. :) - Mr.Gurü (talk/contribs) 16:32, 3 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Brassaï

Do not add Brassaï to any list of Jews or Jewish category. The source provided is inadequate, as the pdf only states his name "sounds" Jewish, the only other source based their (poorly sourced) opinion on the pdf, and Brassaï has self-identified as a Christian in his memoir, and been identified as a Christian in his biography. • Grateful for link to this confirmation, as I know I'm not on an open proxy *
