Hello. Before I came here, I was active in the English and German Wikipedias. Very often, I make pages better. I have not written many new pages. When I make pages better, I look at what the other language wikipedias say about the subject.
When you leave a message, please do so on my talk page, not here.

[change] Busy in real life
Hello, I am currently quite busy in real life. This means I do not edit or watch SimpleWP as much as I would like. I am located in Central Europe. If there is something important, like a ban, or a CheckUser request, please send me an email. I will then be able to handle it. Thank you.
[change] Admin requests
Hello, the community placed the trust in me, and made me an Administrator. So if there is anything wrong, or you simply want to chat, please
Email me. I also run a bot, EptaBot.
I am also a CheckUser. This means I can look up IP addresses and user agents of named users. The other CheckUsers here are Creol and M7. If you need such a check done, please leave a note at The CheckUser page. You can then leave me a note on my talk page, or email me.

[change] Ongoing projects
[change] Simplification
- Palau - imported from en, currently being simplified. Commented/removed most of the non-simplified stuff. Added imgs. Much shorter now.
- Soviet Socialist Republic - imported, some simplifications done, still unhappy with result.-- went the way of the dodo, and was merged to Soviet Union.
- RSA - started on it. The math is quite universal.
[change] Very good article process
The English Wikipedia have something they call featured article. Featured articles were chosen by some editors. These editors think that the articles chosen are in fact very good articles. They are well,-written, or explain a concept very adeptly.
I have come up with a similar idea.
The criteria are here. Discussion about the criteria is possible. Original postings to simple talk are here and here.
The basic idea was that out of the 15.000 articles present, 1% (150 articles) should be very good ones. Currently, there are about 8 articles up for discussion here.
