Sarah Hardcastle (born April 9, 1969) in Chelmsford, England is a former freestyle swimmer, Sarah won a bronze and a silver medal as a fifteen-year old at the 1984 in Los Angeles, California. Twelve years later she competed at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia and qualified for the 800m Freestyle final.
Currently she works for Swimming New Zealand.
She lives in Auckland with her husband Lee and four children Iwan, Huw, Eve and Aled.
