The pink and blue ribbon is a symbol for promoting several different causes:
- Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day, United States,Canada & Australia
- Genital integrity
- Male testicular cancer awareness
- Pro-life views or opposition to intact dilation and extraction
