Naval diving is a branch of professional diving carried out by world navies.
Naval divers' activities include these:-
- boat and ship inspection, cleaning and maintenance
- demolition of ship wreck and unexploded ordnance
- ship and submarine salvage
- underwater mine clearance
- investigating unidentified submerged divers
