The Morgan Plaza is a super-luxury 7 star hotel under construction in Beijing, China. It has been considered for the official landmark of China, still in competition with the Shanghai World Financial Center.

The Morgan Plaza will be a multiple building complex overlooking the busy Changan District of Beijing, where it will be neighbours with the Beijing Opera House, the largest of its type in China. Also, it will be close to the National Library, the 4th largest in the world and largest in China. The tallest building in the complex will be about 30 stories high, but the exact number has not been released. The plaza will contain two pavilions, a temple, the world's best Japanese restaurant and a 600 meter long corridor.

After the announcement of the Morgan Plaza in 2007, Beijing and ultimately China, have been looked on differently^{[citation needed]}. Beijing was voted as the "luxury spot" of China and tourism travel in the Beijing area has increased, partially because of the 2008 Summer Olympics. Now, Beijing's tourism income has increased to above that of any city in China.
