Mitchell Smith Setzer is a Republican member of the North Carolina General Assembly representing the state's eighty-ninth House district, including constituents in Catawba county. A sales professional, and Executive Vice President of his family's owned and operated company named: Smith Setzer and Son, it is a pipe company based out of the town of Catawba in Catawba County., which also has locations of Georgia, South Carolina, and Virginia. Rep. Setzer was born in, and still resides in, Catawba, North Carolina, and is currently serving in his fifth term in the NC State House.
