Kim Coates (born 1959) is a Canadian actor who has worked in both Canadian and American movies and television series. He has also worked on Broadway portraying Stanley Kowalski in A Streetcar Named Desire and in the lead role of Macbeth performed at the Stratford Theatre.
Coates was born in Saskatoon, the son of Joyce Coates.[1][2] He lives in Los Angeles, California with his wife and two children: Kyla and Brenna.
