how is she a whistle register singer. shes very talented but i've never heard her sing high enough. the highest i've heard was a 5th octave note. it was pretty high and for that i don't doubt her talent but i still would like to know.
- In two songs that she sang with the group Xscape, Kandi accessed the whistle register. She hit (and sustained) a D6 in "Understanding", and in "My Little Secret", she hit an Eb6.

I love Kandi, and not dispute any of the information in it. I just want the page to read more encyclopedic and less like an Ad for her. Maybe more bio information.

sorry, but in "understanding" that note is a full on G6!!! D6 my ass! Beyonce's note in "Emotions" was a D6. If you compare the two as I have that note is considerably higher. A G6 is my highest note and i had trouble hitting it so maybe it's even a G#6.

dont trip. we all can make mistakes. her note didn't sound very whistle-like but it was definately higher than it sounded
- Haha maybe ur listening to another song or ur tone deaf. Thats D6. and The note in "Emotion" is C6. D6 is in "Cater To You" and E6 is in "Happy Face." I've heard she hit E6 live in a "Wooo" in "Work It Out" But I havent been able to find that. Myke 08:19, 2 June 2006 (UTC)
