The Ivan Racheff House is a historic building with gardens at 1943 Tennessee Avenue in Knoxville, Tennessee. It is also known as the Knoxville Iron Works. The building was originally built in 1902, but was converted by Ivan Racheff to an office and apartment. (Ivan Racheff was the owner of Knoxville Iron Works.)
Racheff Gardens was established by Ivan Racheff in 1947. The house is now used by the Tennessee Federation of Garden Clubs', who maintain the gardens.
The property is on the National Register of Historic Places.
