Hi all. I'm currently going through Emile Zola's Les Rougon-Macquart adding more information for each novel. I've done the first five novels in the cycle and the seventh (incidentally if anyone thinks this is too much information please say so!) Zola's most famous novel is titled "Germinal", after a month in the French Revolutionary Calendar, but all current Wikipedia references to both the novel and the month point to this page. Since the "what links here?" stats line up pretty much equal between articles pointing to either of the two meanings, I was wondering if a disambig page might be a better idea here, and if so, how does one go about doing that?

Please forgive my asking such newbie questions, but, well, I am one.

Its probably not necessary until more information is added to both the calendar entry, and the book entry. Germinal is a good book. Lirath Q. Pynnor

-- Yes, but I want to expand the book entry to about eight or nine long paragraphs, which will mean the page as it currently stands will be one line about the month and then a much, much larger amount about the novel. I'm very firmly of the opinion there should be 2 separate pages and I just wanted to know what the procedure should be - what you're saying is just to do it and let someone else who knows what they're doing disambig the entries later? Okay, now it's kind of all over the place. The French- and German-language links are interesting, both those Wikipedias have different approaches to this page. Help? Someone? I don't know what I'm doing Fosse8 08:56, 1 Mar 2004 (UTC)

If the page only has one line about the month, then the month does not need its own article. Lirath Q. Pynnor

Okay, I think it's alright the way I've done it now. The foreign-language links are still a bit crazy though. Fosse8 10:48, 1 Mar 2004 (UTC)
