Furuta Shigekatsu (古田 重勝? 1561-1600) was a Japanese samurai who survived the Battle of Sekigahara but died later the same year. He received Matsuzaka (37,000 koku) in Ise from Toyotomi Hideyoshi. In 1600, Tokugawa Ieyasu awarded him someplace worth 60,000 koku.
