[edit] Rdirecting the Redirect
I moved this page back to earliest living senators because it covers more than just the oldest living senator. It also covers the most senior living senator.--Dr who1975 17:03, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
- I think the title sounds weird and is sort of unclear. It took me a while to figure out what was meant by "earliest living" Senator. --Daysleeper47 17:16, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
- There is an earliest living governor page that has languished for over a year. That's where I got the name from.
Should I seperate them out into two pages: "most Senior living Senator" and "oldest living Senator"? Personally, I kinda think it looks nice and concise all on one page the way it is but let me know what you think.--Dr who1975 17:26, 5 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Cleanup
Can you put these into tables and include party (with coloring) and state represented? I think that would clean it up quite a bit... --Daysleeper47 14:03, 10 April 2007 (UTC)
- Sorry for just getting back to you. I had been planning on putting these into tables for a while (and as you can see, I have done so with the historical data, I don;t want to put the list of current Senators into tables because I want to contrast the sets of data). I'm not sure how revelent coloring it by party would be. My goal is to try to get it formatted similarlily (although not identically) to Oldest living United States president. I'm pretty happy with it the way it is now.--Dr who1975 17:20, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
